Advances made in cure for "plague"

A plague vaccine has been developed (although not by this research facility) which signifies great advances in finding a cure for zombie infection. Bubonic plague, which in some circles, has been postulated to be a variant of z-infection with similar bursting boils and high infection rates as well as blood infection, lung infection, pneumonia and death. The difference being that reanimation is not documented with cases of bubonic plague. WIth such advances is what could be a related strain, perhaps it is not long until similar advances are made to cure those infected by zombies. I remain hopeful.
